Send your clients a booking link
Set up a booking form once for a recurring matter, prefilled with the service and destination country, and send your client the link. They only add what is missing.
- Prefilled booking forms for your recurring matters
- One link per matter type, reused for every client
- Billed centrally to the firm, or directly to the client
Prepare the appointment, let the client finish it
Add the documents, signatories and moderators to an appointment request draft and share it. The client picks a time and verifies their identity; everything else is ready.
- Signatories and counterparties added in advance
- Your firm as moderator, with access to the documents
- Suggested time slots, or a fixed appointment
One appointment for every signatory
Your client and the other side join one secure video appointment from their own devices, in any country, and your firm can join as moderator. A partner notary checks each identity and notarises the document online.
- Identity checks in the browser before the appointment, not by your firm
- Documents signed electronically in compliance with eIDAS
- Apostille added during booking, usually ready minutes after the appointment

What law firms use notarity for
Agreements across borders
Agreements between companies in different countries, notarised online with each signatory joining from where they are, usually at short notice.
Company formations in Germany
Partner notaries notarise and apostille a power of attorney, so your firm can act for the client at the formation of a German GmbH or UG.
Share transfers
Share transfers for companies registered outside Germany can usually be booked directly on the platform. For a German GmbH, a notarised power of attorney lets your firm act for the client.
Commercial register applications
The application to the commercial register, notarised and with the apostille Germany asks for, ready for your firm to file.
Certified register extracts
Company register extracts, certified and apostilled, also for companies registered abroad, for example in Luxembourg. Book it as Certification of Facts.
Pricing
Pricing per document, billed your way
Prices depend on the service and the country the document is for. The firm can be billed centrally, or a matter can be billed directly to the client.

Frequently asked questions
Is online notarisation legally valid and secure?
Online notarisation is legally permitted in many countries worldwide. The notarisation is carried out by a licensed partner notary, and documents are signed electronically, in compliance with eIDAS. How client data is protected is set out under security and compliance above. If you are unsure about a specific document, contact [email protected].
Can several people from different countries sign the same document?
Yes, all of them in the same appointment, each from their own country. The notarisation is charged per document, not per signatory.
How does an online notary appointment work when my firm books it?
You book the service for your client, or send them a booking link, and upload the documents. Your client and any other signatories meet a partner notary in a secure video conference, where the notary verifies each identity and notarises the signature. Your firm can join as moderator.
How does my firm get the documents after the appointment?
The digital documents, signed electronically in compliance with eIDAS, are in your firm's dashboard shortly after the appointment, ready to download. Paper versions are also available: signed in wet ink by the notary, stamped and sealed, and posted to any address in the world, to your firm or straight to your client.
Can several lawyers at the firm share one account?
No, each lawyer gets their own secure access rather than a shared login.
Ready to stop chasing apostilles for your clients?
Book a demo and bring a case from your desk. The call settles whether it works online, from the signatories to the apostille.
