Video identification procedure

The video identification process is carried out by WebID Austria GmbH, Hebbelplatz 5, 1100 Vienna, Austria („WebID“), a company specialising in this field. WebID processes data in its capacity as a service provider and data processor. WebID – just like us – is obliged to comply with all applicable data protection regulations. We refer you here to our privacy policy, which is available at notarity.com/en/app-privacy/.

The WebID service – and therefore also verification on our platform – is, in principle, location-independent and available round the clock (24/7/365). However, due to maintenance or technical faults, even verification services such as WebID may experience outages. We cannot therefore guarantee round-the-clock availability and accept no liability for the availability of the verification service. notarity excludes all liability for any damage that may arise as a result of the verification service being unavailable.
