Austrian company register
Online company register entry
Partner notaries on notarity certify your application for entry in the company register today, wherever you are in the world.
What a company register entry involves
Applications to the Austrian company register (Firmenbuch) have to be signed with a notarised signature. Partner notaries on notarity notarise your signature on the application online, today: you meet a partner notary by video call and sign the application digitally, in compliance with eIDAS. On request, the partner notary drafts the application and files it with the register for you.
Pricing in Austria
A binding offer before the appointment
For Austrian matters, the partner notary first assesses your case and then sets the fee, so there is no fixed price upfront. You receive a binding offer with all costs, notary fee, notarity fee and VAT where applicable, and can accept or decline it.
Request an offerWhat the notary needs for an offer
