A FlexCo can be founded with maximum flexibility via notarity. The notarial deed and the necessary notarisations are drawn up online by our partner notaries.

Experience shows that the price for founding a FlexCo starts at EUR 860 (incl. VAT).

As a rule, you will need the following documents to set up a FlexCo:
Partnership agreement (called declaration of incorporation for one-person FlexCos)
Shareholder resolution
Sample drawing the managing director

The foundation of a FlexCo usually takes place in four steps. Start setting up your FlexCo right now via notarity online.
Sign the required documents online with a notarity partner notary. If you do not have the documents yet, a partner notary can council you and have them drawn up.
To effectively establish a FlexCo, you must have paid at least half of the cash contribution into a business account. To open a business account, you need a signed notarised deed.
As soon as you have received confirmation from your bank that the cash contribution has been paid in, FlexCo can be registered in the commercial register. Our partner notaries will be happy to carry out these registrations for you.
The compulsory registration of a trade can be done here online. In addition, you must apply for a tax number at the responsible tax office.
You book an online appointment with one of our partner notaries online. Appointments are available Mon - Fri flexibly & at short notice between 7am - 9pm Central European Time (CET).
Register on app.notarity.com. The first step is to verify your identity. For this, you need a valid passport, a mobile phone and about 15min of time.
You will meet a partner notary at the booked time. The appointment takes place on app.notarity.com in a video call.
In the appointment, you sign the documents with a qualified electronic signature. The signature will be issued to you during the onboarding process.
After your online appointment, you can download the notarised documents. The digitally signed PDF documents are always the original documents. On request, our partner notary's offices can also send you a physical copy by post.s
Before downloading the documents, you must pay for them online.
Appointments to set up a FlexCo online can be booked at short notice, usually just a few hours in advance.
The online notary appointment usually takes between 10min and 1h, depending on how extensive the documents are.
After that, you need to open a business account to deposit the capital contribution. Depending on the bank, this takes 1-3 working days in our experience. You can also open a trust account at a partner notary's office. Your notary will do this before your online appointment, so there is no delay.
The entry of your FlexCo in the commercial register usually takes between one and ten working days, depending on the competent commercial register court.
