All notarial deeds under Austrian law can be drawn up via notarity. The only exceptions are testamentary dispositions (testaments, last wills). The notarial deeds are notarized on our web platform by our partner notaries. Here are some examples of notarial deeds that can be processed online via notarity. 

GmbH incorporations, OG incorporations as well as incorporations of Aktiengesellschaften (public limited companies) can be carried out online via notarity.

The amendment of a GmbH articles of association must be drawn up in the form of a notarial deed. This can be done online via notarity.

The transfer of GmbH shares requires a notarial deed. This can be done online with notarity.

The amendment of the articles of association of an Aktiengesellschaft (public limited company) must be done as a notarial deed. This can also be done online via notarity.

The costs for drawing up the notarial deed are settled directly between you and the partner notary. Please agree a price for the preparation of the notarial deed with the partner notary in advance. The web platform notarity is available to you free of charge.

In principle, yes. The offer from notarity only covers the technical processing of the appointment. Under no circumstances can we prepare the necessary documents. If you do not yet have the documents for the notarial deed, we can refer you to a partner notary. They will support and advise you in the preparation of the documents.

notarity can be used by citizens of over 100 countries for digital notarial deeds. Restrictions arise with regard to identification. You can find a detailed overview of the supported countries here.

In principle, the documents are created purely online. The documents are provided with qualified electronic signatures and can be used digitally. 

A paper certificate can also be sent by post on request.
