With our apostille service, you can obtain an apostille on all documents that you have certified online at our partner notary's offices. We can obtain the apostille within 24 hours. The apostilled document can be sent anywhere in the world. Your personal presence is not necessary at any time.
The cost of obtaining the apostille, including shipping to an address of your choice, is EUR 300 (net).
Added to this are the costs for the online authentication of your signature on a document at our partner notaries' offices.
We can only obtain apostilles on documents that you certify online with our partner notaries.
Apart from that, no documents are required.
You can use the apostilled documents in all countries that have signed the Hague Authentication Convention.

The documents on which you want to have your signature notarised can be in any language.
The certified document may in principle used worldwide be made. Austria has bilateral agreements with the following states which make an apostille superfluous:
Germany, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzogovina, Bulgaria, Finland, France, Italy, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary.

Yes, the apostille is always on a paper document. We are currently unable to obtain an e-apostille.
