The apostille is usually available a few minutes after your online notarisation appointment. Apostilled documents can be sent anywhere in the world.
International cases: For the first signature on the power of attorney: € 144 (incl. VAT) For each additional signature on the same power of attorney on the same date: € 90 (incl. VAT)

You book an online appointment with one of our partner notaries online. Appointments are available Mon - Fri flexibly & at short notice between 7am - 9pm Central European Time (CET).
Register on app.notarity.com. The first step is to verify your identity. For this, you need a valid passport, a mobile phone and about 15min of time.
You will meet a partner notary at the booked time. The appointment takes place on app.notarity.com in a video call.
In the appointment, you sign the documents with a qualified electronic signature. The signature will be issued to you during the onboarding process.
After your online appointment, you can download the notarised documents. The digitally signed PDF documents are always the original documents. On request, our partner notary's offices can also send you a physical copy by post.s
Before downloading the documents, you must pay for them online.
Appointments for online notarisation can be booked at short notice & with just a few minutes' notice. Appointments are available on weekdays between 7 am and 10 pm as standard. Appointments can also be made outside these times by arrangement.
In principle, the original of the power of attorney is the PDF document which is digitally signed at the online notary appointment. If desired, a physical copy can also be made as a paper document and sent by post to an address of your choice.
The power of attorney may in principle used worldwide be notarised. We recommend that you always discuss the use of an online notarised power of attorney with your legal advisor beforehand.
We also offer a service for obtaining an apostille promptly. With such an apostille, the notarised power of attorney can be used internationally in all contracting states of the Hague Convention.
Yes, this is possible. Please indicate this when booking the power of attorney. Obtaining the apostille usually only takes a few minutes after the appointment.
The power of attorney may be written in any language.
The notarisation clause by our partner notary's offices can be drawn up in German, English or Spanish as standard. On request, our partner notary's offices can also prepare a notarisation clause in any other language.
