Sign the required documents online with a notarity partner notary. If you do not have the documents yet, a partner notary can council you and have them drawn up.
To effectively incorporate a GmbH, you must have paid at least half of the cash contribution into a business account. To open a business account you need the signed notarial deed.

You book an appointment online with one of our partner notaries. Appointments are flexible and available at short notice between 7 am - 10 pm Central European Time (CET).
Register on app.notarity.com. The first step is to verify your identity. For this, you need a valid identification document (passport or ID card), a mobile phone and about 15min of time.
You will meet a partner notary at the booked appointment. The appointment takes place on app.notarity.com in a video call.
In the appointment, you sign the documents with a qualified electronic signature. The signature will be issued to you during the onboarding process.
After your online appointment, you can download the notarially executed documents. The digitally signed PDF documents are always the original documents. Upon request, we can also send you a physical copy by post for an additional charge of EUR 70 (net).
