The formation of a GmbH usually takes place in four steps. Start forming your GmbH online right now via notarity.
Sign the required documents online with a notarity partner notary. If you do not have the documents yet, a partner notary can council you and have them drawn up.
To effectively incorporate a GmbH, you must have paid at least half of the cash contribution into a business account. To open a business account you need the signed notarial deed.
As soon as you have received confirmation from your bank that the cash contribution has been paid in, the GmbH can be filed for registration in the commercial register. Our partner notaries will be happy to carry out these registrations for you.

You book an appointment online with one of our partner notaries. Appointments are flexible and available at short notice between 7 am - 10 pm Central European Time (CET).
Register on app.notarity.com. The first step is to verify your identity. For this, you need a valid identification document (passport or ID card), a mobile phone and about 15min of time.
You will meet a partner notary at the booked appointment. The appointment takes place on app.notarity.com in a video call.
In the appointment, you sign the documents with a qualified electronic signature. The signature will be issued to you during the onboarding process.
After your online appointment, you can download the notarially executed documents. The digitally signed PDF documents are always the original documents. Upon request, we can also send you a physical copy by post for an additional charge of EUR 70 (net).
Before downloading the documents, you must pay for them online.
Appointments for the online formation of a GmbH can be booked at short notice, usually with one hour's notice.
The online notary appointment usually takes between 10min and 1h, depending on how extensive the documents are.
After that, you need to open a business account to deposit the capital contribution. Depending on the bank, this takes 1-3 working days in our experience. You can also open a trust account at a partner notary's office. Your notary will do this before your online appointment, so there is no delay.
The registration of your GmbH in the commercial register usually takes between one and ten working days, depending on the competent commercial register court.
