How it works

Booking via personalised booking link

The legal department or other persons in the company can easily book an appointment via the personalised booking link. The legal department is informed about every booking via this link.

Create an account with notarity

When using notarity for the first time, an account must be created. This step can be skipped for each subsequent booking.

Online notary appointment

At the booked appointment time, you meet the notary in a video conference on The appointment can be handled from all end devices, i.e. also via smartphone. A physical presence in the notary's office is no longer necessary.

Receive executed documents

After the appointment, the documents are executed by our partner notaries within 30 minutes. The original documents can be easily downloaded by the legal department. If desired, a physical copy of the document can also be sent to an address of your choice. However, the original digital version of the document is sufficient for filing with courts etc.

Frequently asked questions

Appointments for online notarisation can be booked at short notice & with just a few minutes' notice. Appointments are available on weekdays between 7 am and 9 pm as standard. Appointments can also be made outside these times by arrangement.

In principle, the originals are the digitally signed PDF documents. If desired, a physical copy can also be made as a paper document and sent by post to a desired address

In principle, all certifications or notarial acts can also be drawn up digitally. The only exception is the drawing up of wills.
