The WebID service – and therefore also verification on our platform – is, in principle, location-independent and available round the clock (24/7/365). However, due to maintenance or technical faults, even verification services such as WebID may experience outages. We cannot therefore guarantee round-the-clock availability and accept no liability for the availability of the verification service. notarity excludes all liability for any damage that may arise as a result of the verification service being unavailable.
