who you are:

  • you are a strong Sales personality, sales talent and have a self-confident appearance

your tasks

  • Telesales and telephone acquisitionYou call new customers and arrange sales and demo appointments for the founding team.
  • you mainly operate cold calling and do not shy away from a high call volume
  • you work Working closely with the founding teamto jointly identify further potential clients and notary partners and to increase the level of awareness of notarity.
  • with your Communication skills You understand the needs and questions of our customers and ideally prepare sales appointments.

Our office is located at Pfeilgasse 23/3, 1080 Vienna. You can find us in the mezzanine.

While the majority of our team members are German-speaking, we also have colleagues whose native language is not German. To make sure everyone can participate equally and feel included, we aim to communicate primarily in English.

Yes, we operate with a hybrid work model. Some roles require a stronger presence in the office than others, depending on the nature of the position.
