Send your clients a personalised booking link for a notary appointment. Your clients can choose the date freely at any time between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. and with a few minutes' notice. You will be notified of every appointment request from your clients via e-mail.
When booking via your personalised booking link, you will also be invited to each of these online appointments. Your clients - and you, if applicable - meet a partner notary in a video conference. Documents are signed by means of an electronic signature. Your clients can be anywhere in the world and only need an identity document and a mobile phone.
After the signature by your client, our partner notaries finalise the documents. This usually takes less than 30 minutes. The completed documents can then be downloaded.

In principle, the originals are the digitally signed PDF documents. If desired, a physical copy can also be made as a paper document and sent by post to a desired address
Yes, this is possible. Please indicate this when making the relevant booking t. Obtaining the apostille usually takes one working day. The apostille is always obtained on a physical copy of the document. The document is then sent by post to an address of your choice.
Yes, this is possible. For a large number of countries worldwide, we can obtain digitally certified proofs of representation that are in German (and therefore do not need to be translated). Furthermore, these certificates of representation do not have to be apostilled for use in the company register in Austria.
