Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

Since 1 January 2024, there have been new professional guidelines for digital working, which are regulated in Article 1a. The most important information first: Although we find it very difficult to understand the new professional guidelines, we have already adapted our application so that you do not have to spend any additional time working digitally.

As we receive daily enquiries from notary's offices that have difficulties implementing the professional guidelines with other tools, we would like to invite you to our webinar in which we will show you how you can implement the professional guidelines easily and time-efficiently by using notarity.

In the workshop, we will specifically address the creation of the screen copy, for which we have integrated a separate feature, and the connection data log, which must be created for every appointment. We want to save you the manual work here so that you have more time for your core activities and have also integrated a solution for this in our software.

We have therefore scheduled three webinars in the coming weeks:

• Tuesday, 6 February 2024, 10:00 a.m.
