Our company language is English to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across the team. While the majority of our team members are German-speaking, we also have colleagues whose native language is not German. To make sure everyone can participate equally and feel included, we aim to communicate primarily in English.

In general, you always have the option to work from home, and we do not have fixed “home office days.” At the same time, we really appreciate when people come to the office, as it helps us collaborate, exchange ideas, and grow together as a team.
