If you would like to join our amazing team, please send us all the documents you think are relevant so that we can get a good impression of you (CV, references, transcripts.. really, its up to you!). If we are equally convinced that we are a good match, we will invite you to a short phone call (approx. 15 minutes), during which we will especially clarify the mutual attitude towards each other. However, in any case, we’ll get back to you. 

After that we will make an appointment for an interview at our office, where we can get to know each other better. After the interview, we try to give you feedback as soon as possible. In some cases – depending on the position – we will give you a small exercise during the interview to convince us of your abilities. Sometimes we may invite you to a trial working day.

We do our best to ensure that we complete the process as quickly as possible. Normally, there should be about 2-3 weeks between your initial application and our job offer. But also we are only human and processes can be delayed sometimes.

No, absolutely not. You can always come to us as you feel comfortable. This applies to the application process as well as to the daily work in our office.

We are at the beautiful &amp campus in the heart of Vienna. The concrete Adress is Währingerstraße 48/2 in 1090 Vienna. The campus has modern and excellent infrastructure, a beautiful courtyard, secure bike racks, a rooftop terrace, a fridge stuffed with drinks and much more. There are also cultural, sporting and afterwork events held here on a regular basis. It’s a good place for great ideas to grow.

We are based in Vienna and our working language is German. As we are all fluent in English, it is no problem if you prefer to speak English. Otherwise, one of the founders is fluent in Polish. Together we could also manage a few poor phrases in Spanish or French. Of course, we are also happy if you contribute other languages to our team.

It may sound cheesy and cliché, but but above all, try to be yourself. We try to do that too, by the way. The interview is about getting to know each other and to figure out if it is a good fit for both sides.

Sure, we at notarity have opted for a hybrid system. Basically, we can work from everywhere and leave that mostly up to everyone. We’ve only been around since Covid-19, which is why we don’t know any other way. However, we also have a beautiful office at the &amp campus in the heart of Vienna. The &amp campus is a wonderful place to create great things – that’s why we spend most of time here. 

Since we also want to grow together as a team, it would nevertheless be important for us, that you can come by our office occasionally. Some positions might require a certain amount of physical presence at the office, however this can be discussed on an individual level.
