Please upload a high-quality scan of your passport or identity card. Photos are not permitted and will be rejected.

Please note that if you are applying for an NIE & NIF, you must use this form and have these three documents notarised at once:

(1) the notarised and signed Spanish-language power of attorney for NIE with apostille
(2) the notarised and signed Spanish-language power of attorney for NIF with apostille
(3) the certificate of incorporation translated into Spanish by a sworn translator and apostilled

After filling out the form, you will receive an email with further information.

When using the services of notarity for the first time, you will be asked to register on the notarity platform. In the course of onboarding on notarity, you must also verify your identity in a video identification process.

Please have a photo ID ready for both the verification and the notary appointment.
