Our partner notaries certify your signature on a commercial register application today. The entire process takes place digitally. You will be connected with a partner notary in a video chat and sign the commercial register application digitally. The commercial register application can then be submitted to all German commercial registers.
For the first signature on the commercial register application: EUR 150 (net).
For each additional signature on the same trade register application in the same term: EUR 75 (net).
Filing with the German Commercial Register through a German partner notary's office: EUR 50 (net) extra.

Upon request, we can provide you - free of charge and without guarantee - with a sample for the respective commercial register application. You can fill out this sample yourself.
The certified commercial register application can be used at all commercial registers in Germany.
The online certified commercial register applications are universally accepted for registration at German commercial registers. We cannot guarantee that an individual Rechtspfleger will see things differently.
You book an appointment online with one of our partner notaries. Appointments are flexible and available at short notice between 7 am - 10 pm Central European Time (CET).
Register on app.notarity.com. The first step is to verify your identity. For this, you need a valid identification document (passport or ID card), a mobile phone and about 15min of time.
You will meet a partner notary at the booked appointment. The appointment takes place on app.notarity.com in a video call.
In the appointment, you sign the documents with a qualified electronic signature. The signature will be issued to you during the onboarding process.
After your online appointment, you can download the notarially executed documents. The digitally signed PDF documents are always the original documents. Upon request, we can also send you a physical copy by post for an additional charge of EUR 70 (net).
Before downloading the documents, you must pay for them online.
Appointments for online notarisation can be booked at short notice & with just a few minutes' notice. Appointments are available on weekdays between 7 am and 10 pm as standard. Appointments can also be made outside these times by arrangement.
In principle, the original of the power of attorney is the PDF document, which is digitally signed at the online notary appointment. The submission to the German commercial register is also done electronically, so that no paper document is needed for this.
If desired, a physical copy can also be made as a paper certificate and sent by post to an address of your choice.
The online notarisation of your signature takes place in an online appointment with a partner notary's office from Austria.
There is a bilateral treaty between Germany and Austria on the mutual recognition of notarially certified documents. An apostille is not necessary.
The commercial register applications certified online by our partner notaries are consistently accepted for registration at all German commercial registers. However, we cannot guarantee that an individual Rechtspfleger will assess this differently in an individual case.
If you book the filing with the respective German commercial register via our service, we will arrange the filing immediately after your appointment.
Unfortunately, we have no influence on how long it will take to register the company with the commercial register in Germany. In our experience, depending on the commercial register, this can take between a few hours and two weeks.
